His career in music now bookended by his breakthrough debut album, Kawaipunahele, and what he says will be his last album, the recently released Kawaiokalena, the lauded musician and kumu hula reflects on the past 20 years of his life, love, family and musical inspiration via 12 songs.
“We can be as one tonight.” A full 342 days after his band’s concert was officially announced, Bono finally sang those words to a near sellout Aloha Stadium crowd as U2’s long and winding Vertigo tour came to a monumental close last night.

─ Stephen King
“Keep typing until it turns into writing.”
─ David Carr
